Dr. Maria Lee, our president, provided an overview of our practical implementation of the Early Childhood Environment Rating Scale (ECERS) and Infant\/Toddler Environment Rating Scale (ITERS) as coaching tools in Hong Kong kindergartens, highlighting the valuable experiences we have gained. Professor Kathy Sylva showed great interest and shared her own experiences with the coaches.
