Meeting with Professor Kathy Sylva

We are honored to have Professor Kathy Sylva engaging in a professional dialogue with the professional development coaches of PECERA-HK on November 13th, 2023. Dr. Maria Lee, our president, provided an overview of our practical implementation of the Early Childhood Environment Rating Scale (ECERS) and Infant/Toddler Environment Rating Scale (ITERS) as coaching tools in Hong Kong kindergartens, highlighting the valuable experiences we have gained. Professor Kathy Sylva showed great interest and shared her own experiences with the coaches. The exchange of knowledge and insights was fruitful and contributed to the continuous professional development of our coaches.
