Dr Betty Chan and Mrs Chu Tang Lai-kuen receive HKIEd Honorary Fellowship for Decades of Dedication to Education

In recognition of their remarkable contributions to early childhood education, the Hong Kong Institute of Education (HKIEd) conferred Honorary Fellowshipon Dr Betty Chan Po-king, President of PECERA (HK), and Mrs Chu Tang Lai-kuen, Secretary of PECERA (HK) on March 25, 2014.
