We are honored to have Professor Iram Siraj engaging in a professional dialogue with the professional development coaches of PECERA-HK on August 22nd, 2024. Our coaches shared their experiences of utilizing the ECERS-E for coaching in Hong Kong kindergartens, which Professor Iram Siraj showed great interest in. She also shared her scales: MOVERS (2024), SSTEW (2024), and ECQRS-EC (2025), and discussed with our coaches how these scales could elevate quality standards and professional competencies. The discussion and exchange of ideas was productive and invaluable in furthering the ongoing professional growth and development of our coaches.
